Client is responsible for ensuring it has authority to provide information submitted to NEXORIA and remains responsible for limiting submission of unnecessary sensitive or regulated information unless otherwise expressly agreed.
10. Privacy Liability Limitations
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEXORIA DISCLAIMS LIABILITY FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM PRIVACY, SECURITY, OR DATA-RELATED EVENTS, SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE LAW AND CONTRACTUAL LIMITATIONS.
11. No Guarantee of Error-Free Processing
NEXORIA DOES NOT WARRANT ERROR-FREE PROCESSING, UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION, OR ABSENCE OF SECURITY INCIDENTS.
