NEXORIA uses a guided onboarding process to help clients securely connect authorized AWS environments, assess cloud posture, and generate an executive scorecard with prioritized Solution Programs with Solution Vault guidance.
The onboarding and scorecard process
Subscription Confirmation
After payment confirmation, the client receives a welcome email, onboarding instructions, secure intake link, AWS access setup guidance, and kickoff scheduling option.
Secure AWS Access Connection
The client follows a guided process to authorize assessment access to the agreed AWS environment, including linked account scope, Control Tower structure, and read-only assessment permissions where applicable.
Scorecard Analysis Begins
NEXORIA reviews approved AWS configuration signals across compliance, governance, operational resilience, billing/right-sizing, and backup recoverability domains.
Executive Report + Recommendations
The client receives an client-facing Scorecard with five category scores, priority findings, remediation recommendations, and technical guide links from the reusable Knowledge Vault.
Ongoing Monthly Managed Review
NEXORIA continues recurring review cycles with updated recommendations, advisory workflow, monitoring context, and improvement tracking.

NEXORIA may provide prioritized Solution Programs with Solution Vault guidance, remediation work items, guidance intended to improve score outcomes over time, and optional ticket/runbook workflows where available.

How do I provide access to my AWS environment?
After subscription confirmation, NEXORIA provides onboarding instructions and guided access setup steps. Access is established through an authorized connection process appropriate for the service scope.
Does NEXORIA take ownership of my AWS account?
No. Client retains ownership, control, and approval authority over AWS accounts and cloud resources.
Is access read-only?
Assessment onboarding is intended to use limited authorized access appropriate to the assessment purpose, subject to the agreed onboarding configuration.
What is a Linked Account?
A Linked Account includes active AWS accounts associated under the client’s AWS Control Tower environment and governed under the primary active cloud service account, as defined in the Terms of Service.
How long does scorecard analysis take?
Timing may vary depending on environment size, onboarding completion, linked account scope, and service configuration.
What happens if my score is below 100?
The scorecard may identify prioritized improvement opportunities and recommendations intended to help raise the score over time.
Does NEXORIA change anything automatically?
No changes are assumed or performed automatically unless separately agreed, approved, and within subscribed service scope.
Are AWS provider fees included?
No. AWS provider charges, including all AWS data fees, remain the responsibility of the client.
